About the role
As a Part-Time Sales Development Representative with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary focus is to qualify leads and set high-value appointments to support the sales team, helping to drive the pipeline and contribute to the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects through outreach efforts via email, phone calls, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales team members.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.
- Document interactions with prospective clients.
- Continuously refine your approach based on feedback and results.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a lead generation role, specifically in B2B.
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to outreach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with LinkedIn.

Compensation
