Job Description

Vault-209 in Marshfield, Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Partnership and Business Development Manager to help grow the center of gravity for The Vault across Central Wisconsin. This role emphasizes in-person, community-facing engagement, pairing relationship-building with proactive lead generation to boost occupancy and events. The position pays $20 per hour and requires on-site presence to represent The Vault at local activities and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture partnerships with local businesses, nonprofits, schools, municipalities, and community groups.
  • Identify and qualify leads for private office leasing and conference room rentals.
  • Lead tours for prospective tenants and clients.
  • Develop partnerships that drive recurring use of The Vault.
  • Seek sponsorship opportunities and community collaborations.
  • Represent The Vault at networking events, business functions, and community gatherings.
  • Maintain relationships with referral partners including real estate professionals, accountants, attorneys, lenders, and economic development organizations.
  • Support promotion of events, workshops, and programming that boost engagement and revenue.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and provide content ideas for social media and communications.
  • Track outreach activities and report progress toward business development goals.
