Job Description

This performance-based leadership role at Anytime Fitness focuses on growing personal training services, guiding a team of trainers, and delivering measurable results for members.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with members to assess goals and tailor appropriate coaching plans
  • Perform fitness consultations and assessments to establish baselines and progress targets
  • Drive sales of personal training services, including renewals, program upgrades, and referrals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the personal training team
  • Deliver an outstanding member experience that supports results and improves retention
  • Collaborate as a club co-leader to expand the business and extend impact

Requirements

  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) or a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Sales experience is desirable but not required
  • Experience in leadership, coaching, or management is preferred
  • A passion for fitness, health, and helping others improve their lives

Schedule

The schedule aligns with peak club hours and member traffic, including evenings and some weekend shifts as required.
