Roofing General/Sales Manager
Job Description
Accord Group Inc. seeks a Roofing General/Sales Manager to lead a Springfield, Missouri location as a Managing Partner responsible for sales, revenue, team leadership, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Financial oversight to drive profitability across the location by managing revenue and expenses.
- Drive revenue by meeting or surpassing sales targets through disciplined activity, strategic territory planning, and targeted hiring.
- Lead, coach, and hold the team accountable with clear expectations, performance management, and constructive conversations when needed.
- Deliver exceptional experiences for customers and teammates by maintaining clear communication and consistent results.
- Own issue resolution related to work quality, customer experience, and collections within the site.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales or sales management experience preferred
- Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, leading, and developing a direct sales team
- Ability to lead in a high-pressure, fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use web-based and mobile applications
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Open to travel
