Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top performing roofing sales representatives.
  • Train, coach, and mentor the sales team to maximize production.
  • Develop sales strategies that drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Lead daily sales meetings and field training sessions.
  • Set and monitor individual and team performance goals.
  • Track key performance metrics and hold the team accountable.
  • Assist sales representatives with closing large projects.
  • Build relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and referral partners.
  • Ensure excellent customer service from the initial appointment through project completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of roofing sales experience.
  • Proven leadership and sales management experience.
  • Strong recruiting and team-building skills.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals.

  • Experience with storm restoration and insurance claims is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
