Compensation

Salary: USD 40,000 – 80,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client, lead, and agent communications
  • Maintain proactive, high-touch communication throughout the client journey
  • Coordinate updates among clients, lenders, title companies, agents, and vendors
  • Support an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through closing
  • Assist with managing transactions from contract to close
  • Prepare, organize, and review contracts, disclosures, amendments, and related documents
  • Track deadlines, inspections, appraisals, and closing timelines
  • Maintain organized digital files and internal systems
  • Support lead follow-up and client engagement plans
  • Help maintain CRM systems and communication workflows
  • Build relationships with prospective and current clients
  • Assist with marketing and client engagement initiatives
  • Troubleshoot issues and keep transactions moving smoothly
  • Stay proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Take ownership of tasks large and small to support team success
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Passion for customer service and creating outstanding client experiences
  • Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and digital systems
  • Real estate experience or licensure preferred, but not required
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus

Schedule and location

Full-time, onsite in Branson, Missouri, primarily Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to meet deadlines. On-call and weekend rotation support as needed.
