Compensation
Salary: USD 40,000 – 80,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client, lead, and agent communications
- Maintain proactive, high-touch communication throughout the client journey
- Coordinate updates among clients, lenders, title companies, agents, and vendors
- Support an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through closing
- Assist with managing transactions from contract to close
- Prepare, organize, and review contracts, disclosures, amendments, and related documents
- Track deadlines, inspections, appraisals, and closing timelines
- Maintain organized digital files and internal systems
- Support lead follow-up and client engagement plans
- Help maintain CRM systems and communication workflows
- Build relationships with prospective and current clients
- Assist with marketing and client engagement initiatives
- Troubleshoot issues and keep transactions moving smoothly
- Stay proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
- Take ownership of tasks large and small to support team success
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
- Passion for customer service and creating outstanding client experiences
- Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and digital systems
- Real estate experience or licensure preferred, but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus

Schedule and location
Full-time, onsite in Branson, Missouri, primarily Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to meet deadlines. On-call and weekend rotation support as needed.
