Sales Development Rep
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the prospect lifecycle from first contact to post-sale support, shaping a clear sales funnel that sustains activity and opportunities for the sales team.
- Use outbound prospecting, inquiries, and other lead-generation methods to hit activity targets and book appointments.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, respond to inquiries, and share information about Camping World’s RV products and services.
- Follow approved scripts for initiating and receiving phone calls.
- Make 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the goal of scheduling sales appointments.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, appointments, calls, and interactions with accurate data for efficient follow-up and tracking.
- Stay informed about current marketing campaigns and promotions and align efforts to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Regularly track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements.
- Be receptive to coaching and collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to improve results.
- Support customer satisfaction by proactively managing online reputation through reviews and social media.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure a seamless end-to-end journey from contact to sale.
- VinSolutions experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Results-driven and motivated for sales.
- Excellent customer service.
- Effective time management to handle responsibilities and reach goals.
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
- Prior CRM experience and high computer proficiency.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Compensation
Salary range: USD 35,000 - 55,000 per year.
The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the stated factors. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $35,000.
