Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound messages across social platforms
- Engage leads and generate interest through conversation
- Ask qualifying questions and guide next steps
- Encourage photo submissions for evaluations
- Track and manage leads in the customer relationship management system
- Follow up consistently and hand off qualified leads to the sales team
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills that are clear, fast, and persuasive
