Job Description

This onsite leadership role guides a sales team within the AWS Cloud Sales Center, focused on driving adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion across AWS's full-service portfolio with an emphasis on customer outcomes and strategic go-to-market initiatives. The position is based in Arlington, VA, with a yearly salary range of USD 157,100 to 212,600.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse, high‑impact team responsible for shaping and driving growth in an emerging technology space.
  • Direct a sales team focused on adoption and expansion of the full‑service portfolio within customer organizations.
  • Develop market adoption plans, establish the team's vision and strategy, and adapt to evolving market trends on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify future product directions to better serve customers.
  • Contribute to revenue growth, user adoption, and market penetration within assigned accounts.
  • Recruit and develop high‑performing sales professionals who prioritize customer needs and a backward‑from‑outcomes approach.
  • Lead go‑to‑market initiatives across cross‑functional, specialist, and partner teams to scale the business.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technology‑related sales, marketing, or business development experience
  • 7+ years of sales management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
