Sales Manager

A Sales Manager role in Aurora, IL gives you the chance to build client relationships, drive new business, and support customers with ongoing insurance guidance. This position focuses on prospecting, creating tailored insurance quotes and presentations, and closing deals while staying current on industry trends and new products. You will also help customers by offering personalized policy options based on their needs and goals.

What you’ll do

• Prospect for new clients using referrals, networking, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Build and maintain networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other professionals.
• Create customized insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close new business.
• Provide personalized policy options aligned to client needs and goals.
• Deliver ongoing support, including information about new products and services for customers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging insurance products.
• Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to continuously improve your skills.

What you bring

Compensation and benefits

• Annual Base Salary plus commission and bonus opportunities
• Salary range: $180,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year
