Sales Manager

Group NB is hiring a Sales Manager based in Los Angeles, CA to drive growth in the U.S. PV/solar and energy-storage market. This role focuses on building new customers, managing opportunities through the complete sales cycle, and representing the company at key customer-facing events, including trade shows and in-person business meetings.

In this position, you will sell solar-related products and support ongoing expansion of Lion Solar’s presence in the United States, with frequent domestic travel as a core part of the work.

What you’ll do

• Develop new customers and business opportunities across the U.S. PV/solar market.
• Sell solar modules and PV components including PV cells, wafers, and aluminum frames, along with energy-storage products.
• Own the full sales cycle, from customer development and follow-up to closing deals and payment collection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S. customers.
• Attend trade shows and complete frequent domestic business travel.
• Support efforts to expand Lion Solar’s U.S. market footprint and increase sales.

What you bring

• 1+ year of U.S. sales experience in PV/solar, energy storage, or related materials.
• Proven ability to independently develop customers and close deals.
• Experience managing sales deals in the range of $30K–$120K+.
• Fluent spoken English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the U.S.
• Chinese background/descent is preferred, especially candidates familiar with U.S. business culture and the PV industry.
• Sales leadership or team management experience is a plus.

Compensation

• Annual salary: $68,980.34 - $83,073.09 per year
• Additional range provided: $88,884–$115,555/year
