Sales Manager

The Madden Corporation is seeking a Sales Manager (Oahu) to lead an onsite sales team in Waipi'o, HI.

Responsibilities

• Set, track, and evaluate sales goals and performance standards
• Develop and carry out strategic sales plans to drive results
• Promote and sell a range of product lines
• Grow the customer base by securing new accounts
• Lead and manage the sales team, including coaching, motivation, and performance feedback
• Create sales contests, promotions, and activities that encourage team achievement
• Maintain strong customer service standards to support a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals, supported by strategic thinking
• Experience managing a sales team
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and backgrounds
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• High motivation and demonstrated leadership capability
• Current Driver’s License with an acceptable driver’s abstract
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

Experience

• 2 years minimum experience
• Manager: 2 years (Preferred)

Compensation

• USD 55,000 - 64,000 per year
