Sales Manager & Spa Director

UniQ Laser Center is seeking a Sales Manager and Spa Director in Needham, MA, to lead medical spa operations while driving treatment sales and promotions. This onsite role centers on client consultations, staff leadership, and maintaining consistent quality across day-to-day care and facility standards.

Role Overview

The Spa Director will manage the day-to-day operations of a medical aesthetics practice, conduct client consultations with treatment recommendations, and ensure an excellent client experience. The position includes leading sales efforts, supporting performance goals, and partnering with ownership on strategy and business planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the medical spa
• Conduct client consultations and recommend ideal treatments
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to reach sales and performance goals
• Plan and execute monthly promotions and loyalty programs
• Oversee hiring, team scheduling, and performance reviews
• Maintain high standards in treatment quality and cleanliness
• Manage inventory, ordering, and product usage
• Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
• Collaborate with ownership on strategy and business planning

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a medical spa (preferred), with Sales experience of 2 years required
• Strong skills in sales and upselling treatment packages
• Track record of exceeding monthly and annual goals
• Ability to manage, coach, and inspire staff
• Deep understanding of skincare, treatments, and spa operations
• Experience managing inventory, scheduling, and daily operations
• Exceptional service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong ownership mindset and leading by example

Licenses and Certifications

• Laser or aestheticians license (preferred)

Compensation and Pay

Salary range: $68,000 - $100,000 per year.

Additional compensation: competitive pay structure plus commission and monthly bonuses.
