What you'll do

• Implement strategic plans to achieve monthly targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and sustain relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, and other referral sources.
• Deliver compelling presentations that convey our value proposition.
• Maintain precise client records and log activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth processing and strong client outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
• Represent the company at community and industry events such as Chamber of Commerce and Realtor boards.
• Attend team sales meetings and pursue ongoing professional development.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of title insurance sales experience (required).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/training experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
