Job Description

Senior level business development leadership in the futures market, based in Chicago, IL on a hybrid schedule, with a compensation range of USD 100,000 to 250,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth and deepen client relationships across a diverse portfolio.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to maximize opportunities.
  • Represent Phillip Capital Inc. at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and support brand growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Series 3 license or ability to pass within 90 days of the start date.
  • 3+ years of experience in the futures industry with a proven business development track record.
  • Experience with trading platforms such as CQG, CTS, TT, and Rithmic.
  • Strong understanding of Introducing Broker IB and Commodity Trading Advisor CTA models.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proven success in futures sales.
  • Attributes including integrity, ownership, energy, initiative, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to learn from mistakes.
