Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and advance opportunities
- Research each prospect to understand their business context
- Make 50 prospecting calls per day to generate interest
- Identify logistics challenges faced by prospects and articulate how our services help
- Engage prospects via email and direct mail to sustain momentum
- Schedule two appointments per month with a decision maker
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan activities, hit goals, and celebrate achievements

Location and workplace details
This is an on-site role at our corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI 49512, near the Gerald R. Ford International Airport. The dress code is business casual, with casual Fridays and optional casual Thursdays backed by a small monthly charity donation. Typical schedule is daytime hours with no night shifts.
