Job Description

W.B. Homes, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for New Construction to lead sales strategy and team development across multiple neighborhoods from an onsite base in North Wales. The role focuses on driving sales performance, refining pricing and positioning, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from first contact to settlement, in line with the company’s standards and brand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals across all communities.
  • Track foot traffic and key sales metrics to spot trends and implement performance improvements.
  • Coach and supervise Community Sales Managers and the Online Sales Consultant (OSC).
  • Hold regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and field visits to maintain consistent sales execution.
  • Assist the Community Sales Manager by staffing the sales office and handling day-to-day sales activities.
  • Support the sales strategy for new neighborhood launches, including pricing, release sequencing, and initial positioning.
  • Continuously assess and adjust sales strategies based on market conditions, competitive activity, and absorption pace; a thorough understanding of the competition is essential.
  • Partner with Marketing as needed to support community launches, ongoing marketing efforts, and the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the VPSM to establish and adjust pricing, incentives, and lot premiums.
  • Maintain strong awareness of competitive communities to keep W.B. Homes well-positioned in each market.
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent customer experience across all neighborhoods.
  • Oversee adherence to company sales processes, including contract execution, communication, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Conveyancing to support contract processing, manage timelines, and ensure timely settlements.
  • Ensure model homes and sales offices meet company standards and align with brand expectations.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HF Sales, CRM platforms, and all sales-related technology systems.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of CRM and HF Sales across all neighborhoods, including data integrity, reporting, and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in residential homebuilding sales, including 2 to 3 years in a leadership or multi-neighborhood management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing multiple communities and leading sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of new home sales processes, contract management, and the customer lifecycle.
