Assistant Sales Manager

Bestway Rent To Own offers a full-time Assistant Sales Manager role in Gallatin, TN with steady weekly hours, competitive pay, and benefits built for stability. You will help shape a customer-first sales environment while supporting daily operations and leading the team during the manager’s absence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and create a welcoming, customer-friendly sales atmosphere.
• Serve as a Bestway brand ambassador, reflecting and promoting Bestway’s commitment to delivering the best products at the best prices through the best people.
• Bring high energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced sales culture while supporting the team’s results.
• Build and strengthen the customer base by prospecting to new and existing customers via telephone, the showroom floor, and your trade area.
• Be proficient at the Credit and Sales Minutes.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals by enthusiastically assisting customers and answering questions about Bestway’s products and programs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships using effective communication and service to support retention and improve the customer experience.
• Stay current on products, pricing, sales promotions, flyers, policies, and sales programs, including participation in meetings.
• Ensure customer files are set up and maintained properly.
• Maintain a professional presence and represent yourself and the company appropriately at all times.
• Maintain high standards for showroom presentation and assist in developing Sales Representatives.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management.
• Lead store staff and daily operations when the manager is not present.
• Maintain repaired service and product service levels that meet customer and Bestway standards.
• Engage in continuous self-development.

• Retail management: 1 year (Required)
