This full-time Manager-in-Training (MIT) opportunity starts with structured onboarding and real responsibility from day one, with strong first-year earning potential and a benefits package built for stability.

Location: Omaha, NE (onsite)
Compensation: From $18.00/hour; starting wage of $37,400 with up to $50,000 possible in first-year potential
Additional earnings: Store managers at Ace Rent-to-Own earn $50,000 - $100,000 per year, plus benefits.

What you’ll do

During the training program and as you build toward managing a store, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day work that keeps customers supported and teams running smoothly. Key focus areas include:

• Building and growing client relationships
• Driving sales and overseeing collections
• Handling client resolution to support positive outcomes
• Managing ordering merchandise
• Providing training for new staff
• Supporting inventory management
• Maintaining genuine care and concern for clients and fellow workers, with a commitment to improving the quality of life for both

What you bring

• Customer service experience, food industry experience, or any role that involves working with people is helpful
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A good driving record and a valid driver’s license
• High school graduate or equivalent (required)
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Must be legally able to work in the United States
