Body Contouring Consumables Sales Manager
Job Description
Based in Anaheim, this regional leadership role centers on expanding the adoption of CoolSculpting consumables across California (excluding San Francisco). You will steer the Practice Development team to grow utilization, meet regional sales targets, and collaborate with physicians and practices, all while traveling extensively to nurture key accounts and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and utilization quota results in the assigned region.
- Ensure the Practice Development team penetrates the territory effectively, maintains coverage, and identifies accounts to drive sales and utilization of the company’s consumable products.
- Develop and maintain supportive, productive relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Develop, direct, manage and support a regional Practice Development team in all aspects of account development and account management with increased utilization and practice integration as primary objectives.
- Develop and maintain luminary and key account relationships.
- Develop and execute the regional business plan and sales objectives.
- Attract, train, manage and retain top performers in the aesthetic marketplace.
- Manage all aspects of the region, including recruiting, training, developing, coaching, counseling, leading, motivating and sustaining team morale.
- Train and support device sales in a capital equipment environment where necessary.
- Oversee regional marketing, customer service and sales support functions.
- Set realistic goals and action plans for Practice Support Specialists and the broader region.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
- Represent the team at industry trade shows and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as part of business operations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Regional Sales Director on territory matters, including accurate forecasting.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
- 3+ years of successful sales management experience in aesthetic consumables, cosmeceuticals, fillers, or a similar B2B model is preferable.
- 4-6 years of demonstrated success selling medical products or services to physicians and/or other healthcare providers is preferred. Preference for experience with plastic surgeons and dermatology audiences.
- High integrity and honesty in all dealings with customers and colleagues.
- Dedicated work ethic suitable for the high activity level of a startup environment.
- Proven ability to attract, motivate, engage and retain high-performing sales professionals.
- Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service and support to achieve practice integration of the CoolSculpting procedure and high customer/patient satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with all levels of employees.
- Ability to present persuasively to physicians, management and large groups, and to communicate product attributes using professional selling and closing skills.
- Positive attitude and passion for working in the aesthetic field.
- Proficiency with word processing, databases, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of FDA GMPs and the ability to operate in a regulated environment.
- Ability to travel up to 70 percent, including multi-overnight stays, tradeshows, and training meetings.
- Home office capability with reliable high-speed internet access.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with safe driving requirements.
- Compliance with FDA Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Location and Travel
Onsite in Anaheim, California. The territory covers California outside of San Francisco, with extensive travel requirements, up to 70 percent.
