Job Description
Lunar Cow Design is seeking a results-oriented Business Development professional to join their in-office team in New Franklin, Ohio. This role centers on lead generation and scheduling meetings with senior CVB decision-makers, leveraging CRM, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Zoom to drive meaningful conversations and coordinated demonstrations. The position blends data entry, calendar management, and proactive outreach to build relationships with convention and visitors bureaus.
Responsibilities
- Arrange qualified Zoom meetings with Presidents, CEOs, and Executive Directors of Convention and Visitors Bureaus
- Qualify Presidents, CEOs, and Executive Directors to ensure alignment and readiness for demonstrations
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
- Coordinate appointment schedules using Microsoft Outlook
- Participate in daily training sessions
- Schedule Zoom meetings using the Zoom platform
- Collaborate with teammates to maximize reach and effectiveness
- Utilize Excel, Word, CRM, and Outlook in daily workflows
- Present to qualified Presidents, CEOs, and Executive Directors
- Identify needs, pain points, and interests of CVB decision-makers
- Engage in conversations to qualify leads and set online demonstrations
- Confirm appointments and ensure clarity for all parties
- Listen actively during appointments to capture critical details
- Document actions and outcomes in the CRM
- Leave voicemails and send follow-up emails as needed
Requirements
- Full-time, on-site availability, 40 hours per week
- Prior lead generation and appointment setting experience required
- Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, and a CRM system

Training Provided
Training starts at hire and continues, with daily reviews of sales applications, techniques, and role playing.
