Job Description

Home Instead is hiring a full-time Business Development Advisor (Homecare Sales & Marketing) in Wadsworth, OH to drive client referrals and expand its referral and client base.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified client referrals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow referrals and the overall client base
  • Consistently exceed monthly inquiry generation and conversion targets
  • Analyze market trends to support sales strategy
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong business partnerships
  • Represent Home Instead at community events, health fairs, and networking meetings
  • Participate in the On-Call Rotation with other staff members (additional pay applies)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience in a related field (consultative sales experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in territory management, relationship development, and sales performance
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization and detail orientation with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Current car insurance
  • Team-oriented mindset and commitment to a positive work environment
  • Homecare experience

Work Location and Schedule

  • Location: Wadsworth, OH (onsite)
  • Work model: In person (office work + road/community events)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
  • Flexibility: flexibility is afforded and required
  • Local candidates only: Northeast Ohio
