Job Description
Upcycle USA seeks an entry-level Business Development Associate to prospect leads, deliver sales presentations, document activity in the CRM, and collaborate across teams, with pay tied to performance and commissions.
Responsibilities
- Lead prospecting: Contact potential customers via phone and email to qualify leads and understand their needs.
- Sales presentations and demos: Present Upcycle USA’s services to prospects and address questions to support the sales process.
- Sales process and documentation: Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare proposals and quotes as needed.
- Team collaboration: Work with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience; participate in meetings and contribute to sales goals.
- Learning and development: Attend training to build sales skills and product knowledge; stay updated on industry trends and ITAD best practices.
Requirements

- Compensation: Up to $100,000 per year, with pay based on performance and commissions; supplemental pay includes bonus opportunities, commissions, and a yearly bonus
