Job Description

Upcycle USA seeks an entry-level Business Development Associate to prospect leads, deliver sales presentations, document activity in the CRM, and collaborate across teams, with pay tied to performance and commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead prospecting: Contact potential customers via phone and email to qualify leads and understand their needs.
  • Sales presentations and demos: Present Upcycle USA’s services to prospects and address questions to support the sales process.
  • Sales process and documentation: Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare proposals and quotes as needed.
  • Team collaboration: Work with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience; participate in meetings and contribute to sales goals.
  • Learning and development: Attend training to build sales skills and product knowledge; stay updated on industry trends and ITAD best practices.

Requirements

  • Location: On-site in Essex County, NJ
  • Job type: Full-time
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift
  • Level: Entry-Level
  • Compensation: Up to $100,000 per year, with pay based on performance and commissions; supplemental pay includes bonus opportunities, commissions, and a yearly bonus
  • Technologies: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM
  • Commute: Must be able to commute to the office five days per week
