Job Description
Remote-based Business Development Coordinator role focused on expanding affiliate partnerships with small-to-medium law firms, CPA firms, and other professional service providers serving small business owners across the U.S., through outbound outreach and closing recurring-revenue partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and establish new affiliate partnerships with law firms, CPA firms, and other professional organizations serving small business owners.
- Execute proactive cold outreach via phone calls and email campaigns to generate interest and secure partnerships.
- Design and implement marketing initiatives aimed at creating fresh client acquisition channels.
- Build, manage, and sustain a healthy sales pipeline from initial prospecting through signed partnership agreements.
- Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to foster long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize partner engagement and long-term success.
Requirements
- Experience managing or coordinating affiliate partnerships within a professional corporate environment.
- Proven background in business development, sales, or strategic partnership development.
- Strong cold calling, email outreach, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage opportunities from prospecting through closing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation and Details
Salary: USD 50,000 per year
