Job Description

Eventide seeks a Business Development Coordinator for Hospice in Lincoln, Nebraska (onsite) to educate stakeholders and promote the Senior Care Continuum by building internal and external relationships and achieving monthly referral targets across service lines and regions, in alignment with LIVE2Care culture and Core Values.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Eventide's liaison with community organizations, churches, chambers of commerce, and networking groups within the assigned region.
  • Lead community outreach and business development efforts to support Eventide's mission and growth.
  • Implement short and long term strategies to achieve referral and performance targets across all service lines.
  • Develop and track relationships with key internal and external referral partners, including healthcare providers and senior living entities.
  • Educate internal teams and external stakeholders across Eventide’s senior care continuum.
  • Represent Eventide through branding activities, health fairs, sponsorships, presentations, and speaking engagements.
  • Engage clients and families to support volunteerism and charitable giving initiatives.
  • Meet regional metrics and maintain accurate documentation, reporting, timekeeping, and expense records per Eventide protocols.
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, confidentiality under HIPAA, safety, and compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage workload effectively, participate in training and meetings, adapt to changing priorities, and take on additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Extensive experience building and maintaining relationships is required.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple projects concurrently is required.
  • Valid Nebraska driver's license and a clean driving record required.
  • Auto insurance at or above Nebraska statutory requirements required.
  • Must meet Eventide's vaccination requirements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Deep experience building and maintaining relationships; practical experience managing multiple projects concurrently; experience leading, mentoring, or coaching peers preferred.
  • Credentials: Valid Nebraska driver's license with a good driving record; auto insurance meeting Nebraska requirements; must meet Eventide vaccination requirements.
