Job Description
This full-time, in-person Business Development Manager role supports an immigration law practice in Flower Mound, Texas. The firm is seeking a bilingual law clerk/paralegal/LLM candidate who can assist with client-facing intake and case support, while also contributing to business growth through marketing and community presence.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager within an immigration law practice, you will help deliver responsive client service, manage new client intake and documentation, and assist with immigration form preparation and evidence gathering. The position includes immediate joiner needs and visa sponsorship if required.

Compensation
- Pay: USD 20 - 25 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in an empathetic manner to deliver clear case updates, gather required information, and maintain strong relationships through responsive service.
- Manage new client intake efficiently by accurately opening cases and organizing client files so information remains accessible.
- Draft a range of immigration forms and petitions, prepare supporting evidence with care, and support the filing of applications with relevant government agencies.
- Perform legal research on immigration laws and precedents, then provide concise summaries for attorney review.
- Support firm growth by participating in marketing initiatives, promoting services, and representing the firm at community events.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling, calendar management, meeting organization, and billing assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Paralegal Certificate or LLM Degree required.
- Immediate availability: Can you start immediately if hired (ASAP joiners requested)?
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi, Telugu, and English (written and spoken).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication, including the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Organization: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Business development: Proven ability to contribute to marketing and sales efforts with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new legal software.
