Business Development Manager

Hartford HealthCare Corp. is hiring a Business Development Manager for the Fairfield Region based in Bridgeport, CT (onsite). This role partners closely with the region’s Strategy Directors to strengthen care coordination and access across the community. What you’ll do

• Travel throughout the Fairfield Region to visit employed and non-employed practices (including ICP and non-ICP providers), employers, and key community stakeholders to promote HHC, support care coordination, and help navigate the HHC ecosystem
• Serve as a key leader within the business development team to ensure regional priorities focus on the opportunities most likely to increase access to care
• Onboard new providers within dedicated business units and introduce them to other providers to build ongoing connectivity and coordination
• Share feedback from the community and emerging opportunities with the Fairfield Region executive leadership team

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills, obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience with an electronic health record (required)
• 4-7 years of sales experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting hospital or healthcare care coordination and business development
• Ability to interpret and manage demographic, regional, clinical, and financial information and statistics
• Robust experience analyzing external environmental forces, demographics, competitive dynamics, and regional shifts
