Job Description

Entry-level Business Development Representative role in IT services based in Warrendale, PA (hybrid) requiring a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing to design targeted outreach campaigns that generate new leads.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and coordinated campaigns (calls, emails, social, etc.).
  • Respond to every inbound inquiry in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs, hand off qualified opportunities to Sales when appropriate, and add value throughout the sales cycle.
  • Use Salesforce to log interactions, maintain accurate contact records, and support the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to keep calendars current, deliver value-added resources and proposals to prospects, and advance opportunities toward a close.
  • Lead strategic planning to identify market trends and craft effective prospecting strategies.

  • Location in Warrendale, PA 15086; hybrid role; commuting to site is required.
