Business Development Representative

Keystone Restoration is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth through established relationships across Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah County. This is an onsite role in Bluffdale, UT, focused on building and maintaining referral partnerships so the accounts you bring can start producing immediately. Keystone handles the job execution, while you own the sales relationships and the mitigation opportunities that follow.

What you will do

• Own and grow relationships with property managers, commercial accounts, and insurance agents across Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah County.
• Bring accounts with you and continue adding to your existing book.
• Sell mitigation while Keystone runs the work.
• Keep accounts sending so referral flow stays active.

Candidate profile

• You already have a book of property managers, commercial accounts, or agents.
• You have experience selling restoration or insurance claims before.
• You are able to produce from day one.
• Local candidates only.

Role expectations

• This is not a ramp seat.
• This is not door-to-door.
• This is not storm chasing.

Compensation

• $65,000 base.
• 2-4% of collected revenue you source.
• 3-5% on sourced revenue above $40,000 collected in a month.
• Commission is paid after the customer pays, processed on the payroll.
• Uncapped earnings above that.

Performance check-in

• At 90 days, accounts actually sending and collected revenue sourced are reviewed.

• Location: Bluffdale, UT (onsite)
• Estimated pay: $65,000 - $150,000 per year
