Business Development Representative (Evergreen)

This role supports Northrop Grumman's Space Sector and is based onsite in Dulles, Virginia. The position centers on leading site visit activities, maintaining the Salesforce pipeline, and delivering operations and integration project management support.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of site visit activities
• Maintain and report Salesforce pipeline activities
• Provide operations support and integration project management assistance
• Manage multiple projects and assignments
• Initiate tasks and allocate appropriate resources
• Collaborate across divisions and sectors within Northrop Grumman
• Engage daily with team members across locations and time zones

Salary

USD 91,000 - 137,000 per year

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 2+ years of related professional experience; or a Master's degree with 0 years of experience; or six years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage expectations and activities of cross-matrixed teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Tableau or other data visualization software, and SharePoint, or the ability to learn
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Experience planning and executing customer visits, events, conferences, and special activities
• Experience interfacing with customers, including high-level government and military personnel (Legislators, SES, General/Flag officers)
• Experience working in the aerospace industry in a similar role
• Active Security Clearance
• Ability to travel up to 25 percent of the time
• Ability to obtain the required security clearance at the time of application
