Job Description
Located onsite at Bloomington Meadows Hospital in Bloomington, IN, the Business Development Specialist drives referral growth from assigned accounts and develops new business to support the hospital's development goals.
Responsibilities
- Aligns operations with the senior management team's philosophy, policies, procedures, systems, and strategic goals.
- Maximizes referral potential from designated accounts.
- Develops new business to achieve the objectives of the hospital's business development framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare business development or marketing environment with measurable results.
- Understanding of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment concepts is preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
