This onsite role in Morrisville, NC places you in a collaborative showroom and warehouse setting within the Raleigh/Durham area. Salary range: USD 45,000 - 180,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on Clean Pro's epoxy floor coatings and contractor equipment, answering questions and assisting with technical inquiries and issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, needs, and requirements to tailor the most effective services and products.
- Utilize the existing database of leads and customers to build and sustain relationships and drive sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and leads within assigned territories.
- Respond to inquiries and make recommendations based on customers' needs.
- Generate consistent sales growth by managing leads with a collaborative, consultative approach that emphasizes fair and ethical engagement.
- Use customer feedback to inform Clean Pro Supply buying decisions.
- Proactively learn about new products and services and solicit desired offerings from customers or potential customers.
- Communicate effectively with all in-house team members; contribute insights for daily operations and strategy; be receptive to feedback and instruction.
- Attend and/or plan training workshops, expos, and other industry trade shows.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills and knowledge
- Proactive sales promotion and relationship-building abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and energetic disposition
- 1-3 years of experience as an account manager, inside sales representative, or field experience (preferred)
- Ability to travel periodically
- Regular attendance and availability to customers
- Ability to lift at least 60 pounds and to bend, twist, and carry equipment and supplies
- Proficiency with computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices
Technologies
Experience with CRM software and familiarity with the Amazon platform.
