Job Description

Coastal Painting Contractors Inc. is hiring an experienced Marketing/Business Development Manager to expand new commercial painting opportunities across Southwest Florida. This onsite role focuses on outside sales prospecting, in-person relationship building, and close coordination with the estimating team to ensure qualified leads move into the right next step.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and develop new commercial painting opportunities.
  • Conduct in-person calls and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Qualify new business opportunities for the estimating team.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and existing accounts.
  • Represent the company professionally throughout Southwest Florida.
  • Work closely with the estimating team to support business development efforts.
  • Attend local business meetings and networking events to build relationships and generate opportunities.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in business development or outside sales.
  • Experience in the commercial painting industry is a strong plus.
  • Highly desirable experience calling on property managers, facility managers, HOAs and condominium associations, hotels, and hospitals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
