Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to reach revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Manage and grow relationships with key national and regional retail accounts
- Lead annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting for assigned accounts and channels
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, assortments, and contracts with retail partners
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform decisions
- Identify new business opportunities, channels, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and order fulfillment
- Represent Fox Run Brands at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
- Provide leadership and accountability for broker partners or sales team members, if applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in consumer goods, housewares, or retail products
- Proven success managing national retail accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems and sales analytics
- Ability to travel as needed, up to approximately 10–20%
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented leadership style
