New Business Development Representative

RestoPros of North & Central NJ is hiring a New Business Development Representative (Outside Sales Representative) to expand and strengthen referral partnerships across the region. This is a full-time, on-the-road opportunity based in Morristown, NJ (onsite), with an annual salary range of $60,000 to $100,000.

You will work directly with referral partner companies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and help ensure partners understand the value of RestoPros’ services. The role also includes maintaining strong service standards, supporting partner needs, and executing against revenue targets.

What you’ll do

• Identify key contacts at potential partner companies and build new relationships
• Develop and maintain strong partner relationships to maximize long-term value
• Lead one-on-one meetings with partners to explain services
• Understand partner problems and challenges, then address those needs
• Drive growth by identifying new partner and business development opportunities
• Monitor and assess competitor activities to proactively satisfy and retain partners
• Provide excellent service to maintain a positive business reputation
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Set revenue targets and develop and execute a strategy to meet them

What you bring

• Outside sales experience (preferred)
• Door-to-door sales experience (preferred)
• Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Experience & requirements

• Door-to-door: 1 year (preferred)
• Outside Sales: 2 years (preferred)
• Driver’s License (required)
