Online Sales Manager

Join NW Recruiting Partners in Bellevue, WA onsite, leading an Online Sales Concierge team for a residential homebuilder serving Washington and Oregon. This role combines day-to-day coaching, process improvement, and performance analysis to turn online interest into onsite appointments and sales opportunities. Compensation: $95,000 to $170,000 per year. Base range $95K to $105K plus bonus, with OTE $150K to $170K annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, train, and manage the region’s Online Sales Concierge team.
• Support hiring and daily operations in coordination with sales leadership.
• Develop lead generation strategies and work to improve online lead conversion.
• Ensure the team maintains up-to-date knowledge of communities, products, amenities, and company procedures.
• Establish and continuously improve processes for qualifying leads and scheduling onsite appointments.
• Monitor team performance, online traffic, and appointment activity.
• Prepare weekly reports and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Evaluate team performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in sales and marketing meetings to stay aligned with upcoming opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience in sales management, customer service, or lead conversion.
• Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems/databases, and email.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to supervise and support a team.
