Sales & Business Development Representative (Entry - Level)

Naztec International Group LLC is hiring a Sales & Business Development Representative (Entry Level) to expand its Light Industrial Staffing division. This onsite role in West Palm Beach supports business growth through in-person prospecting, relationship building, event participation, and closing new staffing agreements.

Role Overview

You will represent the company with manufacturers, distributors, and 3PLs across Palm Beach and nearby counties. The position focuses on generating leads, setting appointments, and converting conversations into staffing agreements while strengthening relationships with key client decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 20+ in-person prospect visits per day across Palm Beach and surrounding counties
• Build working relationships with HR managers, plant managers, and operations directors at manufacturers, distributors, and 3PLs
• Generate leads, set appointments, and close new staffing agreements
• Represent Naztec at local business events and industry meetups to generate leads

Required Qualifications

• Drive and consistency in prospecting, follow-up, and closing
• Familiarity with the Palm Beach / South Florida business landscape
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a role centered on client-facing presence
• Backgrounds that stand out: rental car, solar sales, door-to-door sales, competitive athletics
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Compensation

USD 40,000 - 50,000 per year.
