Job Description
Coast 2 Coast Coverage Inc is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Mankato, MN onsite, with a compensation range of USD 80,000 to 140,000 per year in a mentorship-driven, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and other decision-makers to uncover needs and opportunities for tailored solutions.
- Advise clients on our unique benefits and tailor solutions to fit their business context, demonstrating value and ROI.
- Lead high-stakes discussions to close agreements and foster lasting partnerships across multiple stakeholders.
- Grow and manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools to track activity, follow up, and identify opportunities for revenue.
- Participate in structured training, leadership development, and mentorship programs to support career progression and accelerate growth.
