Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Baycom, Inc is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business in the Minneapolis area, focusing on prospecting, relationship development, and presenting BAYCOM’s technology solutions. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions within a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and developing relationships with new businesses
- Networking with customers, vendors, and industry partners
- Presenting and explaining BAYCOM’s technology solutions to stakeholders
- Developing proposals and coordinating installation plans with internal teams
- Demonstrating products and solutions in customer meetings
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience

Compensation
Base salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year with uncapped commission
