Job Description

Baycom, Inc is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business in the Minneapolis area, focusing on prospecting, relationship development, and presenting BAYCOM’s technology solutions. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions within a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and developing relationships with new businesses
  • Networking with customers, vendors, and industry partners
  • Presenting and explaining BAYCOM’s technology solutions to stakeholders
  • Developing proposals and coordinating installation plans with internal teams
  • Demonstrating products and solutions in customer meetings
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Base salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year with uncapped commission
