Sales Development Representative
Job Description
6Storage is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to join its St. Louis team on a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will collaborate with Account Executives and the Marketing group to educate prospects and arrange qualified discovery meetings, supporting the company’s SaaS go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to execute the go-to-market plan and help accelerate growth.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to generate discovery calls.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to generate leads.
- Qualify and respond to inbound marketing leads and inquiries about the products.
- Lead high-level discovery calls with prospects across multiple levels of decision-makers.
- Utilize approved email templates and call scripts.
- Meet monthly quotas for discovery meetings and the opportunity pipeline.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, and/or strategic partnerships within financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; graduate degree required.
- Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience crafting outbound strategies, measuring results, and scaling those efforts.
- HubSpot CRM experience a plus.
- Willing to ask questions when unsure, but conducts research first and presents ideas when seeking guidance.
- Cold calling: 1 year preferred.
- CRM software: 1 year preferred.

Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, high-performing SDR to join our growing team. The Sales Development Representative will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to execute the target plan, initiate contact, educate prospects on our capabilities, and secure qualified meetings. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant inside sales experience in SaaS, with a proven track record of conducting discovery across various levels of decision makers and a readiness to learn quickly in a fast-growing environment.
Salary
Base salary of $50,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses.
