Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Invoice Integrators offers a full-time Sales Development Representative role in Scottsdale, AZ onsite. The position emphasizes outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and close collaboration with the sales team. Compensation includes $750 per week, plus commission and annual bonuses, along with PTO and paid training. A clear growth path exists to Account Executive or Senior Sales roles.
Location and work setup
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (In-Office). Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Make 80-120 outbound calls daily to warm leads nationwide
- Book 2+ qualified appointments daily for the sales team
- Pitch our invoicing and payment solutions
- Log activity in HubSpot CRM
- Partner with sales for smooth lead handoffs
Requirements
- Energized phone presence and strong communication skills
- Sales, call center, or outbound calling experience preferred
- CRM knowledge (HubSpot a plus)
- Reliable transportation to the Scottsdale office
