Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Onsite in Auburn, WA, this field based Sales Development Representative role supports septic services across Pierce and King Counties. You will be the first point of contact for new opportunities, identify prospects, evaluate septic system needs, and convert leads into contracted work. The position offers a salary range of USD 60,000 to 75,000 per year plus a tiered commission structure and is full time.

Responsibilities
- Field prospecting face to face daily
- Proactively seek out and acquire new business
- Conduct in person door to door visits to potential clients
- Canvassing neighborhoods with direct marketing materials
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Present service agreements, maintenance programs, and project proposals to clients
- Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, and relationship development
- Conduct outbound calls to set face to face appointments
- Deliver professional sales presentations to close new business
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting via ServiceTitan
- Complete Site Walks and update ServiceTitan
- Participate in ongoing sales training, team meetings, and events
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with
- 3+ years driving experience with a valid license (permit time does not qualify towards time)
- Acceptable MVR requirements
- 3 years experience must have a clean driving record
- 5+ years experience must have an acceptable driving record
- 2+ years of B2B sales development or field prospecting experience
- Strong ambition, discipline, and competitiveness
- Must be comfortable working in crawl spaces and outdoor conditions
- Ability to perform heavy labor (digging, crawling, lifting 75+ lbs, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Data-driven and comfortable working with CRM systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- High integrity and strong work ethic
