Responsibilities
- Nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects throughout their journey, from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Build a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting to sustain activity and opportunities for the sales team.
- Generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets using outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and share information about RV products and services.
- Utilize provided scripts and talking points for initiating and receiving phone calls.
- Proactively make 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the objective of scheduling sales appointments.
- Record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions in the CRM.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date data to support efficient follow-up and tracking.
- Stay informed about ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Align efforts with marketing initiatives to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
- Regularly track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements.
- Be receptive to coaching and collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success.
- Support customer satisfaction by proactively managing online reputation through review sites and social media outlets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive, seamless journey from initial contact to sale.
- VinSolutions experience is a strong plus.
Requirements
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Results-driven with a motivation for sales.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective time management and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities to reach goals.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining strong organizational skills.
- Prior CRM experience and strong computer savvy.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

General Compensation Disclosure
The pay range for this role takes into account multiple factors including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions are based on these factors. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay plus variable compensation earned) is $35,000.
