Job Description
The Sales Development Representative role at Lotlinx in Chandler, AZ (onsite) focuses on lead generation, relationship building with new and existing customers, and cross-team collaboration, with a salary of USD 60,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of Lotlinx offerings.
- Identify and engage with potential clients using targeted lead generation and conversion tactics.
- Design and implement sales plans to attract buyers and expand the customer base.
- Cultivate relationships with new prospects and returning customers.
- Communicate key product features and dealer value propositions.
- Deliver compelling product information to customers.
- Arrange closing meetings for the sales team.
- Perform regular follow-up outreach via calls or emails.
- Partner with sales leadership to achieve targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues across the organization.
- Support territory planning and strategic initiatives as part of the sales team.
- Maintain precise records of client communications in the CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
- Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
- 1 to 2 years in cold calling, SDR, or B2B sales roles.
- CRM experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience selling technology and/or software is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Apps, Outreach, and Slack is a plus but not required.
