Job Description

The Sales Development Representative role at iHeartMedia operates remotely from Indiana and focuses on identifying and soliciting new advertising opportunities across podcasts, digital channels, radio, events, and more. The position emphasizes outbound prospecting, lead research, and close collaboration with Account Executives to drive pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment as part of a collaborative and growing SDR team.
  • Execute daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels, averaging 75+ touches per day.
  • Research and identify leads aligned with the ideal customer profile.
  • Create and deliver creative, personalized outreach to generate interest in the full range of advertising solutions.
  • Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting booking goals that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Manage lead follow-up and maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Maintain focus in a dynamic team environment.
  • At least 2 years of SDR or outbound sales experience.
  • Professional demeanor including outstanding phone etiquette.
  • Ability to balance creativity and adaptability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation

Compensation is determined by multiple factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and alignment with market data. The hourly range is $13.46 - $16.83.
