As a Sales Development Representative, you will build a high-quality pipeline through targeted, multi-channel prospecting, leveraging industry knowledge, social selling, and account-based strategies to engage decision-makers and generate qualified opportunities for the business development team.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound outreach (calls, email, social) to generate qualified meetings
- Research accounts and tailor messaging based on industry and business needs
- Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
- Partner with marketing and business development to support virtual and in-person event marketing support
- Track activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM and sales tools
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve outreach strategies and messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience
- Experience in a role with variable compensation tied to performance goals
- Proven ability to prospect into complex or enterprise environments
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound, including cold calling and multi-channel outreach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers
- Experience with social selling (LinkedIn, digital channels)
- Highly organized, self-starter with strong ownership and follow-through
- Resilient and motivated in a performance-driven environment
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or B2B services
- Familiarity with account-based or verticalized selling
