Job Description
Wholesale Payments Inc. seeks a Sales Director to recruit, develop, and lead a national merchant services sales team from an onsite role in Lubbock, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Build and mentor a national merchant services sales team through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
- Provide coaching and enforce performance metrics across activity and sales production.
- Sustain consistent team output through proactive leadership and accountability.
- Create and grow a residual income portfolio derived from the team’s monthly production.
Requirements
- Proven experience building or leading a sales team with measurable results.
- Comfort with recruiting, screening, and developing new hires from scratch.
- Ability to enforce accountability while maintaining motivation and engagement.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in income that compounds as the team scales.
- Understanding of building a business versus merely performing a job.
- Willingness to establish roots in Lubbock for a lasting operation.
- Merchant Services experience: 2 years required.
- Based in the Lubbock, TX area, onsite required (no remote work or relocation).
