Sales Director
Job Description
OpSec Security supports a customer-focused, high-accountability sales environment with competitive benefits tailored to each region, plus company-sponsored wellness programs, volunteer opportunities, regular team building and engagement events, and learning and development opportunities. This role is built for a leader who can drive measurable growth across global enterprise accounts while scaling a geographically distributed team.
What you’ll do

The role is responsible for creating and enforcing a high-velocity, metric-driven sales culture, anchored by a weekly execution rhythm that includes weekly pipeline inspection, prospecting discipline, renewal governance, and transparent reporting.
As the command-and-coach leader for a distributed team of 10+ sellers, you will coach performance through structured 1:1s, deal reviews, and performance management. You will consistently inspect pipeline, activity, forecasting accuracy, and deal quality, and raise execution standards by resetting expectations as needed. You will also create an environment where weekly reporting and clear ownership are the norm.
You will enforce disciplined, accurate use of Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring it provides visibility, accuracy, and operational clarity. You will develop dashboards, workflows, and processes that strengthen predictable revenue and support pipeline hygiene. You will drive accountability for rigorous SFDC usage across the team and promote ownership of customer outcomes across Sales, CS, and Operations.
