Sales Manager
Job Description
As the Sales Manager, you will oversee LGI Homes' community sales operations, focusing on recruiting, coaching, and guiding New Home Sales Consultants to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
Location
Stockton, California (onsite)
Responsibilities
- Direct a team of New Home Sales Consultants and drive performance.
- Guide potential homebuyers through the proven LGI sales process.
- Implement sales initiatives in alignment with the LGI approach.
- Ensure the success of the assigned community.
- Recruit, select, train, and motivate the team to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
- Provide ongoing development and training for team members.
- Establish monthly sales goals.
- Lead weekly group training sessions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated history of achieving strong sales results.
- Experience in coaching, supervising, and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
- Weekend availability.
- Valid driver's license.

Total Compensation
Total compensation ranges from $149,100 to $233,560+ per year with uncapped potential. This range is based on closing 15–24 units per quarter at an average sales price of $494,000.
Base Salary
Base salary: $90,000 per year.
Commission
The compensation includes a 0.25% override paid on all closed sales in the community.
Bonus Structure
Quarterly bonuses are awarded based on closings in the community, ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 per quarter depending on the number of units closed.
