Sales Manager

DEWEY PEST CONTROL is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead day-to-day sales operations and performance across Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, set targets, and ensure goals are met
• Create month-end sales data reports with key performance metrics (volume, revenue, and team performance)
• Provide training, support, and feedback to sales team members to improve skills and performance
• Monitor team sales performance and address issues or challenges as they arise
• Run sales team meetings at least 1x per month
• Collaborate with senior management to develop regional sales strategies aligned with overall company goals
• Build and maintain client relationships in the region to strengthen the sales pipeline

Requirements

• Sales and management background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Branch II Field Rep license with a minimum of 2 years in the pest control industry
• AIB certification preferred
• Experience with 3rd party audit accounts
• Computer experience including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (etc.)
• Demonstrate a safe driving record from the CA DMV
• Ability to pass a background check

Salary

• USD 72,000 - 96,000 per year
